Performance measurement is key to understanding where opportunities lie within a business and how value can be added.
The benefit of an independent external review is not only the significant experience and industry knowledge of the reviewer, but the ability to highlight opportunities that may be overlooked by others who are too close to the business or whose views are impacted by self interest.
A Praxis Hospitality performance review considers multiple aspects of performance; customer feedback and reviews, market penetration (where available), revenue performance by area, food and beverage margins, payroll costs and major cost areas. As well as commenting on current performance, recommendations to improve performance are supplied and these are costed where possible to aid decision making.
Full performance reviews and feedback take 3 -5 days depending on the complexity of the hotel.
